While I was typing an email, the letters started appearing in Greek (literally). Numbers are OK, but the letters, small and Caps are in Greek. How do I get back to English?

It is possible that you accidentally pressed the Shift + Alt key combination. This combination will change the language to your computer. To fix it, press again the keys. If the problem doesn't get fixed, go to Start > Control Panel > Region and Language > keyboard and Languages tab > Change Keyboards. From there, you should be able to delete and add keyboard languages that you can scroll by pressing the key combination mentioned above.
