Our United Way is unique – not just a pass through. We provide direct services no one else is doing. Your contribution to our United Way will change lives. United Way of South Sarasota County fully believes in supporting the A.L.I.C.E. community. (Asset Limited, Income Constrained, yet Employed.) These people are all throughout Sarasota County and they need our help. When you donate to UWSSC, all of the funds stay in Sarasota county. A Community Fund for our neighbors in need in Sarasota County.
Our 9 funded Sarasota County agencies offer 11 human service programs to help prevent children, families and seniors from being homeless, isolated and abused.
