Reporting Anonymously and at No Cost
Reports may be made anonymously to USA Gymnastics and to the Center for SafeSport at no cost. Anonymity means USA Gymnastics and/or the Center for SafeSport will not know the personally identifying information of the reporter. It does not mean that the underlying information will be protected. An anonymous report may limit USA Gymnastics and/or the Center for SafeSport’s ability to investigate or properly address misconduct or abuse, but USA Gymnastics recognizes that it may be difficult for a person to report an allegation otherwise. USA Gymnastics strongly encourages Adult Participants to provide their name and contact information when reporting.

Any adult under USA Gymnastics’ jurisdiction must report child abuse immediately. This requirement begins when an adult learns of facts that give reason to suspect any child has suffered an incident of child abuse or that adult is informed of an allegation of child abuse. Reports must be made immediately both to relevant government agencies and the U.S. Center for SafeSport.
