- Email and mobile phone number entry improved. You can enter emails and/or mobile phone numbers many places in the system. When you enter the items manually for a multi-value entry, then you need to tell the system that you have entered the complete email or mobile phone number. This requires a ‘Enter’ or a ‘;’ when you are done. We have made the help clearer and to be shown when the entry is valid and you need to finish the current item. Additionally, we have fixed an error where you could press ‘Send’ when the last item was invalid or not entered completely.
- Dashboard: The filter options for user status has changed. Instead of being two options ‘Include inactive’ and ‘Include deleted’ it is now a selector of the different user status values you want to see. The default value is two show all above Inactive.
- Invitations with expiry: The expiry was not set on the invite, when the person was invited in two steps, first added and the invited. This is now fixed so the expiration is set correctly on the invites of all types (cohort, channel, and account).
- Request Access Report: The actions to Accept or Reject are always visible. The actions are inactive until one or more rows are selected.
- Automatic logout: You can now set the system so users are logged out automatically after a certain amount of time. The setting is available in Configuration -> System -> Automatic logout. Here you enable/disable the automatic logout. When enabled you set the number of minutes of inactivity for automatic logout. It is possible to exclude admins from automatic logout. The systems stored a log event when a user is automatically logged out.
