Newly remodeled in 2025, The Upper Delaware Inn, in Hancock, NY offers various amenities to cater to guest needs, including a mini-refrigerator, microwave, hairdryer, wi-fi and internet, and a flat-screen TV in every room. Remodeling included reglazing of showers, new bathroom mirrors, beds and mattresses. Also a freshly painted accent wall, new artwork, light fixtures and a multi-usb port was added in each room.

In 2025 we have also added a self service Coffee Bar, which provides guests with coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. The Coffee Bar is open 24 hours a day.

We have on-site self-service laundry and an ice machine as well. We have a handicap-accessible room with parking available right at your door. We also have two pet-friendly rooms. The inn also provides space for parking pick-up trucks, trailers, and campers, as well as a convenient ATM nearby.

You’ll appreciate returning to clean, comfortable quarters after a day of working, fishing, or hunting. We’re just a short drive from game lands in New York and Pennsylvania, and a few blocks from the Delaware River. Shuttle service is available from the motel to nearby river access points.
