💡 Most of our customers are fully supported via our efficient ticket-based system, which is available across all plans. But if your team needs higher-touch support, Enterprise is for you.

While every installed instance of DNN should be considered a licensable instance, each production support license will come with a non-production environment license you can activate (not applicable/necessary to Unlimited & Enterprise plans).

And yes — you can always start small and upgrade when you're ready. We'll even help you onboard each site as part of the process.

Routine Admin Tasks are everyday website actions that we’ll handle on your behalf, so you don’t have to worry about them.

Included examples:

• Creating or managing pages and menu items
• Uploading files, images, or documents
• Adding or updating content in Text/HTML (or similar) modules
• Installing or updating Upendo-provided modules
• Creating users, assigning roles, or resetting passwords
• Making minor styling adjustments (e.g., CSS tweaks)

These are meant to save you time — especially if you're not comfortable in the DNN backend or want to offload repetitive tasks.

Not included:

• Full content migrations or large-scale restructuring
• Content creation/ideation
• Major site redesigns or theme/template work
• Custom development, integrations, or 3rd-party troubleshooting
• SEO strategy, marketing services, or analytics consulting

Routine Admin Tasks are available to:

• Standard Plus (with an annual plan)

Source Code Maintenance refers to the ongoing support and upkeep of your DNN-related custom code — to keep your site running smoothly and securely over time.

Included:

• Minor bug fixes in your existing DNN-related source code
• Code changes required for compatibility with newer versions of DNN Platform
• Updating deprecated DNN APIs or practices in supported modules
• Light code-level adjustments to resolve known issues
• Security-related patching for supported custom extensions

This service is ideal for businesses that rely on custom-developed modules, integrations, or legacy solutions that need a technical steward to maintain them.

Not included:

• Large-scale feature development or full module rewrites
• Brand-new integrations, custom modules, or site builds
• Projects requiring weeks of design, development, or testing
• Ongoing DevOps or infrastructure services (unless otherwise arranged)

Of course, if we spot that your hosting might be affecting performance or stability, we’ll let you know and help you make informed decisions. You're never locked into anything with us.

Once you choose your plan and complete checkout, our team kicks off your onboarding process — and we make it quick, easy, and stress-free.

Here’s what to expect:

1. Provisioning Your Account – Within 1 business day (or less), we’ll set up your support portal access and send you login credentials.

2. Welcome Email – You’ll receive a detailed welcome message with next steps, helpful links, and tips to get the most from your plan.

3. Getting Connected – You’ll provide us with access details (like admin login or backups, depending on your plan) so we can support your site effectively.

4. Onboarding Checklist – We’ll guide you through a simple checklist to help us understand your environment, priorities, and common requests.

5. Optional Kickoff Call – If you're on an Enterprise plan, or if needed, we can schedule a kickoff meeting to align on goals and workflows.

📬 You’ll be fully onboarded and ready to submit support requests within a day or so — sometimes within hours. And if you ever need help during onboarding, just reach out. We're here for you.

Nope — support is included, but it’s totally up to you whether or not you use it.

When you subscribe to any plan (including Modules Only), you get access to all of our commercial DNN modules — like the Glanton AD-Pro suite. That’s your main benefit. If you just want the modules and don’t need support, that’s completely fine. But support is there whenever you need it, no extra cost.

💡 You’re not paying extra for support — it’s just one more benefit of your plan.

Unfortunately, support plans can’t be downgraded once they’ve been upgraded.

This is due to technical and operational reasons that affect how your service and licensing are structured across multiple systems. If it’s absolutely necessary for your business, we recommend canceling your current plan and purchasing a new one at the level you need.
