Scared donut guy
The scared donut guy[note 1] is a minor character in Undertale. He[note 2] resides on the third floor of Hotland, near Muffet's Spider Bake Sale.
The scared donut guy is a green monster wearing a yellow long-sleeved shirt, light blue pants, and yellow shoes. He sports a nervous expression on his face, and his right hand is clutching the side of his head. His left arm is extended downwards, holding a purple donut. His head is angled downwards, staring at the donut.
While talking, his limbs move, but his mouth does not.
The scared donut guy is scared of spiders, particularly Muffet, and he had bought a donut out of fear. He has come to regret the decision due to having run out of cash.
The scared donut guy was convinced by Muffet to buy one of her spider pastries and ended up spending all of his money. When spoken to again, he considers the possibility of reselling the donut for profit. If Mettaton is killed, he becomes speechless, saying nothing save for an ellipsis.
During the True Pacifist Route epilogue, the scared donut guy resolves not to buy anything from spiders while on the surface.
During the Undertale 10th Anniversary Stream, Toby Fox states that he is very proud of the scared donut guy's character design.[1]
In Deltarune, the scared donut guy is present driving his car. He often finds himself in situations that he interprets as being stuck in traffic.
