Think crackling sourdoughs with a caramel-kissed crust, nutty spelt & sesame boules that whisper of toasted earth, and delicate baguettes that shatter just so.
We let the grain shine — using natural leavening, organic flours, and a trio of heritage grains in our signature country loaf — to create breads that are as thoughtful as they are delicious.
