1. About Unashamedly Ethical NPC
Unashamedly Ethical NPC (“Unashamedly Ethical”, “we”, “us”) is a non-profit movement that promotes ethics and integrity and encourages individuals and organisations to sign the Ethical Commitment.

2. Website purpose and no professional advice
The Website provides information about our movement, programmes, advocacy work, and ways to participate, including signing the Ethical Commitment and subscribing to updates.
Information on the Website is for general information purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial, professional, or other advice. You must obtain appropriate professional advice for your specific circumstances.
3. Ethical Commitment and participation
If you choose to sign the Ethical Commitment, you confirm that the information you submit is accurate and that you have authority to sign where you sign on behalf of an organisation.
We may refuse, remove, or correct sign-ups where there is a reasonable basis to do so (for example, where the information appears false, misleading, unlawful, or unauthorised).
4. Donations and third-party platforms
If the Website directs you to a third-party donation platform, donations are processed by that platform on its terms and conditions and privacy notice. We are not responsible for the operation, availability, or security controls of third-party platforms.
If you have a donation query, you may contact us for assistance, but transaction processing issues may need to be addressed with the donation platform provider.

We will publish our PAIA access process and PAIA Manual on the Website. Until then, access requests may be directed to our general contact details.
16. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. The courts of South Africa will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms of Use or use of the Website.
