Tribe is a youth initiative of the Unashamedly Ethical movement of individuals, leaders & organizations guided by the founding vision to transform society by taking a stand for ethics, values, and clean living.

This movement aims to develop an unashamedly ethical culture among this generation of leaders and the next.

Tribe’s mandate is to raise up a global community of young people who are bold enough to take a stand for ethics & values so that they can have a positive impact on society.

The Launchpad

Ethical Entrepreneurship Program

Program Overview:

The program will increase students’ awareness of the importance of ethics and values and encourage active participation to solidify lessons learned. By the end of the program, students will be empowered to make the right choices in all aspects of their lives, reach their full potential, and make a positive difference in the world.

Program objectives:

Target Audience

Young people aged 13 – 22 years old
Middle school, High school students & University students

Program Duration

The LaunchPad Entrepreneurship program runs for a period of 10 months, with sessions conducted once a week, each lasting for 2 hours.

Program Outline

Month 1 - 5: Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship, ethical business practices, & business plan development.
Month 6 - 10: Launching of businesses, mentorship and support, guest speakers, visiting local businesses, M & E, award ceremony.

The Youth Code

Character Development Program

Program Overview:

The Youth Code is designed to equip and empower young people to make the right choices in all they do. Through 11 engaging and positive lessons, students will grasp the concept of ethics and values, build good character, and develop critical thinking skills to navigate potential ethical challenges. The program will increase students’ awareness of the importance of ethics and values and encourage active participation to solidify lessons learned. By the end of the program, students will be empowered to make the right choices in all aspects of their lives, reach their full potential, and make a positive difference in the world.

Program objectives:

Identify the importance of character, ethics, and values.
Equip & empower the students to be ethical leaders
Develop critical thinking skills
Increase students’ awareness of ethics in their lives
Identify potential ethical challenges and dilemmas
Encourage active participation and implementation of lessons

Target Audience

Young people aged 13 – 22 years old
Middle school, High school students & University students

Program Duration

The Youth Code Character Development program offers flexible presentation formats. It can be delivered intensively over a camp setting or spread out as once-a-week, one-hour lessons over three months.

Program Outline

Lessons 1 - 11 focus on the following topics: Introduction to Ethics and Values, Truthfulness, Faithfulness, Kindness, Do What is Right, Fairness, Work Hard, being a Peacemaker, Making a difference, & Collaborating with my peers to make a difference.

Culture Shift

Program Overview:

Culture Shift is a program designed to create positive, values-driven cultures in schools by embedding core values into daily practices. It aims to transform school culture into one driven by shared values. It empowers educational institutions to foster an environment where values go beyond posters and become ingrained practices, cultivating values-driven cultures.

The program addresses the crucial need for a culture shift within schools to promote ethical behaviour, effective communication, collaboration, and shared values.

Establish a shared understanding of organizational culture
Build a shared vision and values
Promote effective communication and collaboration
Engage and empower all stakeholders
Promote a positive and healthy school culture
Audit and assess the current school culture
Develop a culture transformation strategy

Program Duration

Culture Shift is designed as a 6-hour workshop with lessons ranging from 30 minutes to 90 minutes each. The duration is flexible and can be adjusted to meet the unique needs and goals of each school.
