Predicting the Probability of Relapse Following Omalizumab Dose Reduction in Patients with Chronic Urticaria
Aim: Developing a predictive model for assessing the risk of relapse following Omalizumab dose reduction in patients with Chronic Urticaria
Secondary Objectives:
- Determining the association between purported predictors of relapse and relapse occurrence following Omalizumab dose reduction in patients with Chronic Urticaria
- Determining the non-linear effect of predictors of relapse following Omalizumab dose reduction in patients with Chronic Urticaria with the help of machine learning
- Performing a logistic regression analysis to determine which features are independently associated with a lower/higher probability of relapse following Omalizumab dose reduction after remission in patients with Chronic Urticaria
