Rajiv Kumar Singh.

Managing Director

As Partner and Managing Director of Acclime Middle East, Rajiv is responsible for leading the growth of Acclime’s operations in the Middle East Region. With over two decades of extensive experience and leadership in business expansion, mergers and acquisitions, and business development across the Middle East, North Africa (MENA) region, the Indian subcontinent, and Southeast Asia, Rajiv brings a wealth of expertise to the role.

His prior experience in the global corporate services industry includes market expansion, leading and integrating successful acquisitions, and establishing a strong presence/capabilities in corporate, alternative investments, and capital markets for leading global corporate service providers. Before joining the corporate services industry, he held various positions with leading global banks in corporate and private banking.

Rajiv holds a Master’s degree in Management Studies with a specialisation in Finance from the University of Mumbai, India. He is fluent in English and Hindi and has basic conversational skills in Urdu, Gujarati, and Marathi.

Zia Murad.

Deputy Managing Director, Head of Commercial

Zia Murad is the Head of Commercial at Acclime UAE and serves as the first point of contact for new clients looking to establish or expand their presence in the region. Born and raised in England, Zia holds a joint honours degree in Business Management and Spanish from Oxford Brookes University.

With over 15 years of experience across operations, marketing, and corporate structuring in the corporate services industry, Zia brings a well-rounded and commercially driven perspective to client advisory. He specialises in guiding businesses through market entry, company setup, and regulatory compliance across Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore jurisdictions. He also has deep expertise in the UAE’s financial centre jurisdictions—DIFC and ADGM—with a particular focus on succession and estate planning using structures such as Foundations.

Zia works with a wide range of clients—from startups and family offices to multinational enterprises—providing strategic insights and tailored solutions that support long-term success. Known for his collaborative and client-focused approach, he ensures that each engagement begins with clarity, confidence, and expert guidance.

Laila Samson.

Office Manager

Laila is a Filipina professional based in Dubai and currently serves as the Office Manager for Acclime UAE. In her role, she oversees the day-to-day operations of the UAE office and manages key functions related to Human Resources and Information Technology for the team.

Laila began her career with RAK Company Administration FZ LLC in November 2007 as an Office Administrator and was promoted to Office Manager just one month later. Over the next 13 years, she played an integral role in managing the company’s operations while liaising with Offshore and Free Zone Authorities in Ras Al Khaimah. In 2020, the business transitioned to Dubai under the name MEI PRO Corporate Services, expanding its range of corporate services. MEI PRO became the first UAE-based firm acquired by Acclime in 2023, followed by the acquisition of Alpha Management Limited in DIFC, Dubai, in 2024. Throughout these changes, Laila has remained a key member of the team, continuing her leadership in HR and IT operations.

Laila holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics, majoring in International Economics, from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines.

Omid Arashan.

Head of Operations and Service Delivery

Omid is based in Dubai and serves as the Head of Operations and Service Delivery for the UAE team. He leads the end-to-end service delivery process, ensuring that client entities across various UAE jurisdictions—including DIFC, ADGM, Free Zones, and the Mainland—comply with all local and federal obligations. He is also responsible for enhancing the firm’s operational procedures and policies, as well as developing and implementing service delivery strategies that improve overall performance. In addition, Omid oversees the operational team of Relationship Managers in the UAE.

Omid began his career in banking as a Private Banker for Standard Bank, based in London and Jersey. He later worked with several global trust and corporate services providers, including Vistra, Apex, and Amicorp, over a span of 12 years. During this time, he held various roles across operations, business development, and project management.

Omid is an Associate of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI), holding an Investment Advice Diploma. He also holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Reading and a Bachelor’s degree from Brunel University in the UK.

Ahmad Khawar.

Head of Accounting & Tax Services

Ahmad Khawar is the Head of Accounting & Tax Services at Acclime UAE, overseeing both internal financial operations and external outsourced finance solutions for a diverse portfolio of regional and international clients. With over 15 years of experience in accounting, financial planning and analysis, and UAE tax compliance, he plays a central role in driving financial strategy, automation, and regulatory alignment across the UAE.

Ahmad began his journey with Alpha Management Limited (which later became Acclime UAE) as an accountant and progressively built and scaled the finance function from the ground up. Today, he leads a high-performing finance team across DIFC and ADGM jurisdictions, specialising in corporate tax, VAT, financial controls, and compliance. He also spearheads the implementation of cloud-based accounting systems—including Xero, Zoho, Microsoft Business Central, and others—focused on delivering one-click, automated finance solutions that reduce manual processes and enable real-time decision-making for clients.

A Chartered Accountant (ACCA, ICAEW) and holder of a PwC Diploma in UAE Corporate Taxation, Ahmad is passionate about simplifying financial complexity through data and technology, helping businesses stay compliant, efficient, and future-ready in an evolving regulatory environment.

Elena Arkhipova.

Manager, Commercial

Elena is based in Dubai and serves as Manager – Commercial at Acclime. She is responsible for driving commercial growth and supporting businesses with their market entry and expansion strategies in the UAE. Elena works closely with clients to understand their objectives and deliver tailored corporate solutions that support long-term success.

Prior to joining Acclime, Elena held senior commercial and client-facing roles within the UAE’s corporate services sector, advising international investors, HNWIs, and companies on business establishment, structuring strategies, and regulatory compliance across mainland and free zone jurisdictions. She also gained valuable experience at Amer Smart Lounge, a governmental transactions centre within the DIFC ecosystem, where she worked closely with UAE government authorities on immigration and licensing matters.

Elena holds a Master’s degree in Journalism and Communication. She moved to the UAE in 2017 and has since built her career supporting international entrepreneurs and companies across the region. Fluent in Ukrainian and Russian, Elena is passionate about building relationships and delivering solutions that help businesses thrive. Outside of work, she enjoys yoga, surfing, and exploring nature.
