‘One Number’ is a service that allows you to make calls and messages on your watch using the same number as your mobile phone.

Try setting One Number on your watch (Wear OS supported device).

• Wear OS Device support:
- Use One Number ON/OFF
- Change in one number reception method
- Disconnect One Number
※ Wear OS One Number needs to be linked to the mobile phone One Number.

1. How to use
- Install the ‘One Number’ app and follow the registration process.
- Enter the authentication number sent to your watch into your smartphone to complete your registration. (The watch's authentication number will be sent only when the Bluetooth connection between the smartphone and the watch is disconnected.)
※ For some watches, you can install the watch manager app on your smartphone and use the One Number service after pairing your smartphone and watch.

- One number use ON/OFF setting
- Receiving method settings
- Service termination
- Change connected device
- One number automatic setting change function according to Bluetooth connection/disconnection (provided by Galaxy Watch)

3. Available terminals
- Cell phone: Smartphone with Android version 4.0 or higher
- Watch: Galaxy Watch, LG Watch

4. Precautions
- Both the smartphone and watch must be LG U+.
- The owner of the smartphone and watch must be the same.
- Dual number service and multiple subscriptions are not possible. You can sign up for the One Number service after canceling the service in the ‘Mobile Manager’ app.
- Data call charges may apply when downloading/updating apps.

■ Access permission information
[Required access rights]
This permission is essential to use the service.
- Phone: Required to check the version for app updates, verify your mobile phone number when authenticating yourself, and make calls when using the service.
- Nearby device: Required to check the Bluetooth connection between your phone and watch.

[Optional access rights]
This permission is required to use specific services within the app.
Even if you do not allow it, you can use services other than the function in question. You can change access permissions in your phone app permission settings.
- Notification: Used to notify changes in reception method.

※If you are using a mobile phone running Android 6.0 or lower, you may not agree to some access rights.
To set access permissions, you must upgrade to Android 6.0 or higher. After upgrading, please reinstall the app to reset access permissions.
