■ Services provided by mobile manager
1. Mode
- You can change the settings of two or more additional services at once.
- You can edit/use the additional services you want to fit your situation.
2. Phone app features
- You can now use recent records, contacts, and keypad in Mobile Manager.
- Check contacts received through dual numbers and spam call/text records at once
- Check your dual number-specific contact information right away and use the dual number calling feature!
3. Various communication convenience services
1) Dual number
- Not available on other mobile carriers and self-sufficient mobile phones
2) 2 types of call forwarding
- Only 2 types of calls and text messages are provided
3) Call connection tone
- Let the caller hear (ring-back tone etiquette)

- Information on the number of automatic blocking cases in the past month

■ Precautions
1. This service is provided only to LG U+ customers.
2. Among the services provided by the app, paid services require a monthly subscription to use them.
3. ‘Data call fees’ incurred while downloading/updating/using the app are not eligible for free.
4. The app's data communication uses 4G/5G data communication.
※ To prevent security risks, the service cannot be used in a Wi-Fi environment.

■ Access permission information
[Required access rights]
This permission is essential to use the app.
1) Phone: When logging in, check your phone number to check if you are a customer.
- Services that require this permission: Dual number, phone function (customer center, making phone calls)
2) Call records: View and change call records
- Services that require this permission: Call log tab
3) SMS
- Services that require this permission: Call history tab (check number of characters/sending history)
4) Contact information
- Services that require this permission: dual number, call forwarding, call message, contact tab
[Optional access rights]
This permission is required to use specific services within the app.
Even if you do not agree to the optional access permission, you can use services that do not require such permission. We may ask you again in the future when you access services that require this permission.

[How to revoke access rights]
Device Settings > Applications > U+Mobile Manager > Permissions > Select allowed items > Disallow settings
※ If you are using Android version 6.0 or lower, you may not agree to some access rights.
To set up all access rights, you must upgrade to Android 6.0 or higher.
To reset access rights after upgrading, please reinstall the app.
