Two Ways to Collect Leads
SiteLeads gives you two lead capture methods — use one or both:
- Contact Widget: Add your live contact channels (WhatsApp, phone, email, Messenger, Telegram, Instagram, SMS, and more) as a floating widget.
- AI Assistant (free and optional): Add a free AI Assistant to your widget. It greets visitors, answers questions based on your website content, and collects leads automatically.
External Services
This plugin acts as a connector to the SiteLeads Cloud Platform. To use the AI Assistant and lead management features, a SiteLeads account is required.
SiteLeads Cloud (https://cloud.siteleads.ai)
The plugin connects to cloud.siteleads.ai to enable AI Assistant functionality, manage knowledge bases (website crawling and document processing), and store captured leads.
