= Two Ways to Collect Leads =

SiteLeads gives you two lead capture methods — use one or both:

* **Contact Widget:** Add your live contact channels (WhatsApp, phone, email, Messenger, Telegram, Instagram, SMS, and more) as a floating widget.
* **AI Assistant (free and optional):** Add a free AI Assistant to your widget. It greets visitors, answers questions based on your website content, and collects leads automatically.

= External Services =

This plugin acts as a connector to the **SiteLeads Cloud Platform**. To use the AI Assistant and lead management features, a SiteLeads account is required.

1. Upload the `siteleads` folder to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory, or install directly via WordPress.
2. Activate the plugin.
3. Connect the plugin to your account on **cloud.siteleads.ai** to start training your AI Assistant.

== Frequently Asked Questions ==

= Do I need a SiteLeads account? =
A free account on **cloud.siteleads.ai** is required to use the AI Assistant, manage your knowledge base, and access the leads dashboard. The basic contact widget does not require an account.

= Where are my leads stored? =
Captured leads are stored securely in your SiteLeads account and can be viewed directly in your WordPress dashboard.

= How does the AI Assistant learn? =
The AI Assistant reads the pages  of your website and learns from their contents. It can also learn from documents that you upload (PDF, DOCX).
