TVTrigger is a TV-Guide and show downloader all-in-one. It features a remarkable list of TV shows with information about them. It displays the show's plot and then gives some fairly basic but important data about it, like air day, air time, broadcasting channel, etc. The information is really useful for the second function of TVTrigger, which is downloading the shows automatically. It has a built-in torrent client that can download .torrent files released for each show. Instead of choosing a channel to subscribe to, you can choose what shows the application should download.
There are featured shows each week, but you can choose the ones you want from a list of several popular shows. Pretty much every show I could think of was there.
Graphically, TVTrigger is divided into tabs. You can add favorite shows to "My Favorite" tabs for easy access. Downloads can also be checked and pop-up messages will tell you when a show has been released. Of course, TVTrigger sits in the system tray to monitor for new torrents, so you can always access the program from there.
