Then it needs a fix. You need to create trackers for these failures.

As I checked, all the necessary yamls participated in the QA. So the QA is valid.
Is there a 'relevant test' didn't start due to the above mentioned tests failures ?

Yeah, this requires a rerun of fs:nfs certainly. That 1 job didn't even start.
