Peanut butter banana shake or smoothie!
1banana
1 tbl spoon peanut butter
10 oz of soy milk (or nonfat milk, you could try greek yogurt as well)
Handful of ice (if you want a smoothie)
Throw it in a blender and enjoy breakfast! I wish I could find the site I got this recipe from…..I’ll keep searching so I can give you nutritional details. This is meant for a meal and even though it doesn’t seem like it……it keeps you full!
Strawberries and lemon steeped over night in water….mmmmm!
