The challenge: You have a group - Board, senior leaders, project team, core leadership team - looking to make progress on a critical issue. You may be struggling to address a number of challenges that require extended, in person, meaningful work: establishing a new strategy, developing an execution plan, rapidly improving an operational process, enhancing teamwork and collaboration.

We integrate the benefits of 1:1 leadership coaching with shared learning and development across senior leadership teams. Individuals gain knowledge of their own leadership tendencies and ways of working while also understanding how those tendencies interact with others on their team.

Through a series of group coaching sessions, participants receive support in addressing leadership challenges, improving communication, and developing cohesive team dynamics. The customized program harnesses the collective strengths of senior team members to drive organizational results.

The Proximity Project - Healthcare is an eight-week cohort experience for leaders in the healthcare industry (health systems, public health, academic medicine, community-based health services, etc.) who want to examine and improve how they interact with and serve communities of color.
