About

Side scribble

We support the transformation of communities through leadership coaching, team development, and organizational change.

Leadership is a sacred responsibility. Those entrusted with leadership roles have tremendous influence on the wellbeing of those they lead and those they serve.

The responsibility of leadership today carries a heavier burden than ever as leaders guide their organizations through unprecedented times of change and uncertainty.

Our ensemble of talented thought leaders and experts work with organizations across industries to address the common challenges facing leaders and teams.

Our Approach

Line 2@2x

Our approach to supporting leaders is guided by these core principles:

We have walked in your shoes.

We integrate personal experience from senior leadership roles - with the resulting scars and successes - to create collaborative, yet challenging, approaches to guide meaningful long-term impact.

Culture lives in the “spaces in between” your systems.

Organizational dysfunction, or success, is the result of interconnected systems. We support leaders to look past the easy answer to explore the interconnected impact of leader, team, and culture.

There is magic in applying art and science to organizational challenges.

We integrate the principles of improvisation, improvement science, and established leadership best practices to create novel learning experiences. Life, and work, are unscripted. Great leaders learn to improvise constantly through a mix of structure and spontaneity.

Our work is serious, but we don't need to take ourselves too seriously.

We believe it is possible to find fun, laughter, and joy in our work, even as we commit to taking on difficult challenges. We are more likely to learn, grow, and transform when we engage in a spirit of play.

We can’t think our way to better leadership.

The measure of any successful leader, or organizational culture, lives in the daily actions of individuals. The most beautifully written mission statement or strategic plan is meaningless if it is not backed up by the intentional daily behaviors of leaders.
