Are you a Seeker?
We work with many individuals who tell versions of a similar story:
- They have big questions stirring within them
- They are feeling a call to make a change...in their work, in their life, in how they show up as a leader, in how to best use their talents.
- They are working to translate ideas into action
If this sounds like your story - consider joining SeekerSpace - cohort of diverse, experienced professionals with the courage to ask the big questions.
SeekerSpace is a cohort of up to 25 individuals, experiencing three, onsite, facilitated sessions. The sessions mix art, reflection, and learning, designed to guide participants from question to action. Participants will explore a mix of activities, tools and resources that will deepen personal insights and establish community.
Each SeekerSpace cohort experience focuses on exploring three big questions:
How do I tell my story?
We all have a story. How do you choose what parts to tell and put it together in a cohesive, interesting way? Learn to craft your story in a community that will challenge you to hone your storytelling skills.
What work gives me the most joy?
What motivates you and what environments lead you astray? When are you thriving and not just surviving? Discover ways to leverage when you are at your best and tap into what makes you energized.
How can I focus to make the biggest impact?
Time, attention, energy... all of these resources are limited. Develop strategies to become more productive, improve outcomes and maximize your focus.

Join the next healthcare cohort of The Proximity Project - DATE
The Proximity Project - Healthcare is an eight-week cohort experience for leaders in the healthcare industry (health systems, public health, academic medicine, community-based health services, etc.) who want to examine and improve how they interact with and serve communities of color.
Research shows that many “diversity programs” fail because leaders are rarely pushed to become truly proximate to the people and issues they discuss during mandatory training.
The Proximity Project is not an isolated, intellectual exercise— leaders connect closely with patients, caregivers, and community leaders whose truth and insights inform participants’ reflections and actions.
TPP cohorts meet virtually for 2.5-hour training sessions each week for eight weeks. During these sessions, participants discuss assigned readings, complete assessment and reflection activities, gain actionable insights from guest speakers, learn about models and case studies of serving marginalized communities, and develop closer cross-institutional relationships. The work during the sessions is complemented by a series of pragmatic assignments that bring institutions closer to the communities they serve.
