08:08 am - When I'm full I can eat cereal
I think I've decided cereal is a tactile thing for me. Crunchy, plus wet, it really gets the whole eating thing down. I think the tactile part is what I'm addicted to and why I can't stop eating it once I have it.
Oh well, it's out of the house now and it took almost a whole week to do it. Go me.
