The TomKat Team is a group of incredible women who design, decorate, stage, and sell real estate – each bringing unique talents and a shared passion for home. Led by founder Kim Stoegbauer, the team works seamlessly across all facets of the TomKat brand: from full-scale remodels and real estate transactions to staging and styling furnishing and details. Together, they collaborate to help clients create homes that are beautiful and functional. Whether it’s finding the perfect property, transforming it with elevated design, styling it with finishing touches – or all of the above – the TomKat Team is there, every step of the way.

Kim Stoegbauer is the founder and creative mind behind The TomKat Studio, TomKat Real Estate, and The TomKat Shoppe. With over 25 years of experience in real estate, interior design, remodeling, and home flipping, Kim has built a trusted reputation for transforming spaces with timeless style, intentional details, and beautiful style. Her passion for homes runs deep, and she brings a unique blend of business expertise and creative vision to every aspect of the TomKat brand.
Kim leads the TomKat team with heart, precision, and a relentless commitment to excellence. Known for her impeccable eye and ability to see potential where others might not, she has guided countless clients through successful remodels and real estate transactions. Her work reflects a deep understanding of how to make a home not only beautiful, but meaningful – a place where life, love, and style all come together.
A firm believer in dreaming big and making things happen, Kim has grown the TomKat brand from a creative blog into a full-service design and real estate company, now complemented by a beautifully curated retail space at The TomKat Shoppe. The name “TomKat” was inspired by her two children, Tommy and Kate – a reflection of Kim’s love for home, family, and creating spaces that bring people together.

Lisa Sroufe

Lisa’s dual expertise in real estate and design allows her to guide clients through every phase of transforming a house into a dream home. As the first hire on the TomKat team, Lisa has been by Kim’s side since the brand’s early pivot into design and real estate – and has played a major role in shaping what it is today. Over the years, she has led the design and execution of countless remodels and new builds, helping clients reimagine existing spaces or thoughtfully design their homes from the ground up with style, function, and lasting impact.
Clients absolutely love working with Lisa—not only for her design expertise and problem-solving skills, but for her fun, down-to-earth personality and the care she brings to every project.
Lisa holds a bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University and a master’s degree from Northern Arizona University. She is married with two children, and her family loves to travel and entertain.
The TomKat team simply wouldn’t be the same without her sense of humor, loyalty, and leadership – and we’re so lucky to have her.
Annette Warnick
JUNIOR DESIGNER | PROCUREMENT MANAGER
Annette has been an integral part of the TomKat team for over five years, playing a vital role in bringing our remodel, new build, and interior decorating projects to life. With an incredible eye for style and a deep understanding of current design trends, Annette has a true talent for sourcing everything from construction materials and lighting to furnishings and decor – ways aligning perfectly with each client’s vision and our design direction.
In addition to her creative contributions, Annette manages our procurement department with precision and care, overseeing all orders for furniture, lighting, and materials. Her attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills ensure that every project runs smoothly behind the scenes. She also leads client accounting, making her an essential part of our daily operations and overall success.
Annette has called Chandler home for nearly a decade, where she lives with her husband, twin boys, and two beloved dogs. Outside of work, she is a passionate animal advocate and serves as a dedicated coordinator for The Big Three Dog Rescue, helping find loving homes for dogs in need.
Niomee Baker
REAL ESTATE AGENT, CERTIFIED DIVORCE SPECIALIST
Niomee Baker is a full-time Realtor® on the TomKat team, where her genuine love for helping others shines through in every interaction. With a warm, approachable nature and a true passion for connecting with people, Niomee is dedicated to guiding her clients through the home buying and selling process with care, confidence, and heart.
Recognizing a need to better serve clients navigating difficult chapters, Niomee earned her certification as a Certified Specialized Divorce Real Estate Agent, giving her the training to assist couples and families going through divorce. She approaches this sensitive process with compassion and professionalism, helping clients move forward with clarity and peace of mind. Inspired by her own experiences and her desire to empower others, she also founded a local women’s group focused on supporting those going through – or contemplating – divorce, creating a safe space for community, connection, and healing.
After graduating from Arizona State, Niomee moved to Chandler, where she raised her three children and became deeply rooted in the community. She is the co-owner of Ocotillo Friends, a large and active local group dedicated to giving back, building relationships, and supporting small businesses throughout the area.

Annette Walz
LEAD STAGING MANAGER + designer
Annette Walz is our Lead Staging Manager as well as a Designer, known for her exceptional organization, strong work ethic, and ability to get things done with efficiency and style. She leads our staging team with confidence and care, managing everything from scheduling and logistics to installations and final styling. With a sharp eye for design and a deep understanding of how to make a space feel complete, Annette transforms both vacant and lived-in homes into beautifully staged properties that stand out in the market. In addition to real estate staging, she also plays a key role in install days for our design clients, ensuring every detail is perfectly placed. Her attention to detail, hands-on leadership, and dedication to excellence make her an essential part of the TomKat team.
Mo Crabtree
designer + Real estate agent
Mo brings unmatched creativity, positive energy, and a genuine passion for all things home to the TomKat team. She assists with design and staging projects, helping create beautifully styled spaces that highlight each home at its very best. Her eye for detail, natural styling ability, and upbeat personality make her an incredible asset during installs, staging days, and client projects.
In addition to supporting the design team, Mo is a licensed real estate agent and active investor. She recently purchased a property in Ocotillo that she is renovating and transforming into a vacation rental… combining her love of design, real estate, and creating welcoming spaces. Mo brings warmth, excitement, and heart to everything she does.

Kate brings a fresh creative perspective and deep understanding of the TomKat brand to her role as Marketing Assistant at The TomKat Studio. Having grown up alongside the business, she has a natural eye for design, branding and storytelling, helping showcase the team’s projects through social media, marketing campaigns and visual content creation.
With a passion for beautiful spaces and thoughtful details, Kate assists with everything from content planning and photography coordination to marketing materials and client-facing presentations. Her creativity, organization and positive energy make her an integral part of the team as The TomKat Studio continues to grow its presence in both interior design and real estate.
