OUR founder

Kim is the visionary founder of The TomKat Studio, TomKat Real Estate and The TomKat Shoppe. With 25+ years of experience in real estate, design, remodeling and flipping homes, Kim has built a reputation for transforming spaces with timeless style and thoughtful details. A firm believer in dreaming big and making things happen, Kim leads the TomKat team with passion, precision and a commitment to excellence. Her vision and attention to detail define the TomKat brand and style.
Kim moved from upstate New York to Chandler during elementary school, graduated from Dobson High, then attended Arizona State where she met her husband, Danny. They currently live in the beautiful community of Oakwood Hills in Chandler. The TomKat brand name was inspired by their children, Tommy and Kate – a reflection of Kim’s passion for family and home.
