Jim Kilmer Jr. - Managing Director
Jim Jr. began his career in 1997 creating analysis software for large medical studies. He brought his engineering skills to the Food & Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry in 1999. He now oversees both Divisions of Opal, working closely with clients to set operations strategies for sustainable growth and improved business outcomes.
Jim Kilmer Sr. - Division Director
Jim Sr. brings 45+ years of extensive experience to our Back-Office Services Division. He began his distinguished career as a CPA and later moved into Product Management for the H.J. Heinz Company. After successfully starting his first company manufacturing vegetable products for retail grocery, he founded Opal in 1995 to help other companies enter and grow in the competitive U.S. market.
Chris Skaryd - Division Director
Chris began his career as a software developer for KeyBank in the 1990s and joined Opal to create the first version of OpalTrack™ in 2000. He now oversees our technology and software development teams, bringing a multi-disciplinary approach to solving complicated business problems with innovative software designs. His extensive experience in technology and leadership ensures that our solutions remain cutting-edge and highly effective.
