Our integrated approach is driving the delivery of a first-of-its-kind hyperscale facility on an aggressive 12-month design-to-turnover schedule. Through early design-assist partnerships with key vendors and construction trade partners, we accelerated design development, fast-tracked IFC documentation, and proactively addressed budgeting and constructibility challenges—maintaining schedule certainty from concept through execution.
