Architecture and Design Internships

LJC sees students as the future of our design culture and invests in a talent pipeline that begins with recruiting for internships, co-ops, and entry-level full-time positions. We host interns and co-op students throughout the school year and in an engaging summer-long internship program.

What to Expect

Every intern contributes to the LJC’s culture of design collaboration through hands-on project work and research. An Internship Committee composed of full-time design professionals guides our interns throughout their LJC experience, whether that’s advising on design process explorations, exposing interns to design crits and studio events, or getting to tour their host city.

Summer internships typically run from the middle of May to the middle of August (8-12 weeks), depending on each intern’s school schedule and commitments.
