Can I get a refund for an unused ticket?

All ticket sales at The Cultch are final. If you wish to exchange a ticket before the scheduled performance you can do so by contacting the box office. Exchanges for single ticket purchases are subject to availability and a $6 exchange fee.

What if I can’t attend a performance that I have booked?
You can exchange your ticket by contacting the Box Office at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled performance. Exchanges are subject to availability, price differences and exchange fees.

You may gift your ticket to a friend or family. If you have an e-ticket, forward the ticket pdf and email. If you selected Will Call pick up, contact our Box Office in advance with your order number and let us know who will be claiming your ticket.
What is a Talkback?
A Talkback is an informal post-show discussion with artists from the show. Members of the cast and crew gather onstage to give insight about the creative process, themes and other interesting tidbits. Open to all audience members.

*Talkbacks are listed in Showtimes and are not available for every production..
What is a Preview?
A Preview is a public performance that takes place before the Opening Night. It is a regular performance that is monitored by the creative team for final touches and adjustments.
What are Pay What You Choose Shows?
On Pay What You Choose (PWYC) show dates, patrons choose the amount they’d like to pay.

*PWYC shows are not available for every production.
What does partial or obstructed view mean?
Some seats in the Historic and York Theatre may have an incomplete view of the entire stage because of the seat position (below stage level), stage design or a physical obstruction such as a railing, overhang or pole.

These seats are marked with an italicized i. If you hover your mouse over the symbol, a short explanation appears. Reach out to our Box Office to learn more about specific partial and obstructed view seat information.
