INTERSECTIONS PROJECT
This initiative is supported by the Network: Advocating Against Domestic Violence, in partnership with organizations like Sarah’s Inn and Institute for Nonviolence Chicago, to support families affected by domestic and community violence.
To address the overlap between domestic and community violence, The Network, Sarah’s Inn, and Institute for Nonviolence Chicago have partnered to provide a comprehensive range of services that address both types of violence.
Signs of Domestic Violence
- Accuse you of cheating and being disloyal?
- Make you feel worthless?
- Hurt you by hitting, choking or kicking you?
- Intimidate and threaten to hurt you or someone you love?
- Threaten to hurt themselves if they don’t get what they want?
- Try to control what you do and who you see?
