THack @ ITB Berlin rules:
- Participation is free
- All participants must register at https://thack-itb-berlin.eventbrite.com
- Space is limited to 115 participants; date of registration will be used to determine admission priority
- Three Tnooz prizes of €1,000 will be awarded: 1) to an individual hacker or team of 2; 2) to a team of 3 to 5 hackers; 3) to the "people's choice" hack project as determined by a vote of the participating devleopers
- An independent judging panel will select the best individual/small team and large team projects; developers in attendance will select the "people's choice" project
- Sponsoring companies will award cash and travel prizes of more than €2,000 for best use of their API
- All participants must appear at THack and present their projects; no virtual teams or projects will be permitted
- Decisions of the judging panel and sponsors on prizes are final
