Dates

 

  • Hackathon Start Date: April 12th, 1 am MST
  • Submission Deadline: April 25th, 11pm MST
  • Judging Period: April 26th 12pm MST - April 26th 3pm MST
  • Winners Announced: April 27th 6pm MST

All projects must be submitted before the deadline. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Eligibility
  • Open to high school and college students worldwide.
  • Participants can compete individually or in teams of up to 4 members.
  • All participants must have a valid email address and join the official event platform.
  • Participants must abide by all hackathon rules and guidelines.
Project and Submission Requirements
  • Projects must align with the theme of education.
  • Submissions must include:
    • Project Demo Video (2–3 minutes) explaining the solution and how it works.
    • GitHub Repository or Codebase showing the technical implementation.
    • Documentation or Presentation outlining the problem, solution, and impact.
  • All submissions must be original work created during the hackathon.

Judging Criteria and Winner Selection

Projects will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

  1. Impact (30%) – How well does the project solve an educational problem?
  2. Innovation (25%) – Is the idea unique and creative?
  3. Technical Execution (25%) – How well is the project implemented and functional?
  4. User Experience & Design (10%) – Is the project intuitive and user-friendly?
  5. Presentation & Documentation (10%) – Is the submission well-documented and clearly explained?

Judges will review all projects and select winners based on the above criteria. All decisions are final.
