Education & Training for the Swimming Pool & Spa Professional
Our passion is the swimming pool and spa industry. It is our objective to help educate and inform the swimming pool and spa professional of current regulations, best practices and new techniques being used in our industry.
Team Horner offers a variety of continuing education and training opportunities to support the professional development needs of contractors, distributors and employees. CPO® certifications, Continuing Education Summer School, the Master Pool Professional certification and more are included in an annual calendar of events. The Career Advancement Program (CAP) is a professional development program for Teammates within Team Horner® Group focused on the basics of various aspects of the pool/spa industry. Teammates can “earn while they learn”. Customers are welcome to attend most classes indicated by “Open to Customers” in the schedule of offerings.

MPP - Become a Master Pool Professional
The Master Pool Professional Certification is a preliminary and/or continuing Online Educational Program for the Swimming Pool and Spa Industry designed to offer basic training in the areas of Service, Repair, Maintenance, Building/Renovation, and Retail.
