(CO-)Admins please read this article.
Summary
1. How to Access Your Report
- Go to https://app.teamdecoder.com/request-report/.
- Enter your work email address.
- Check your inbox for your personal access link. Bookmark this link! It updates automatically whenever your team structure changes.

2. Navigating Your Dashboard
My Job (The "Mine" View): This is your focus zone. It shows only the Roles, Circles, and Projects assigned to you.
The Big Picture (The "All" View): Toggle the switch at the top to see the entire team. This provides Transparency—you can click on any colleague or project to see who is responsible for what.
There are several sections inside the reports:
- Main view: My job-descritpion. Shows all (blue) items that have been assigned to this person and all (green) groups this person is member in.
- Campfire: Campfire is the regular session where the teams discuss what needs to change. Inside the report a person can see items that will be discussed, give ideas and leave feedback
- Purpose Tree: Every report shows the team's entire purpose tree
- Here you will see all the Workflows that the roles you own are part of. Workflows are roles put in a specific order for certain processes.

Click on any card (Role, Circle, Project) to see the details:
Purpose: Why does this role exist?
Tasks: What specific to-dos belong to this role?
Members: Who else is working on this with you?

Notice something outdated? Have an idea for a role?
Click the Feedback button on any card.
Your comment will be sent to your Team Lead/Admin to be discussed in the next Campfire Meeting.
Note: You cannot edit the text directly; this ensures we discuss changes together before making them official.

In "Your Campfire Spot" you can see and react to:
- Your own feedback
- Feedback your colleagues have left
- Topics the co/admin has set on the agenda (tagged "campfire")
- Roles you are supposed to hand/take over
- etc.
