How to Manage & Share Team Reports
Target: Team Architects, Admins, Leads
Reports are your primary tool for creating transparency. They translate your teamdecoder setup into a live, interactive job description for every team member.
1. Prerequisites
Email is Key: For a team member to receive a report, you must add their email address to their card in the People List (Yellow List).
Tip: If a user is in multiple teams, use the same email address. They will receive one "Master Mail" with links to access all their team profiles.

You don't need to send PDFs. teamdecoder reports are live links.
Option A (Direct Invite): Share this link with your team: https://app.teamdecoder.com/request-report/. They simply enter their email to receive their secure access link.
Option B (Admin View): You can preview any member's report by clicking the small "Report Icon" on their card in the People List.


Reports are not just for reading; they are for feedback.
Encourage your team to use the Feedback button on any card within their report.
All feedback collects in your Campfire dashboard. Use this data to prepare for your next Governance or Campfire meeting.


4. Troubleshooting
- Admins can decide in the settings, if they want all team members to be able to see and feedback on the ENTIRE TEAM or just on their own roles.
- User can't see the report? Check if the email in their People Card matches the one they are typing into the request page.
