Twin Cities Maker is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization (27-1536940) , which allows us to receive tax-deductible donations. These donations, along with membership dues, are what keeps the lights on. Every little bit helps, and we won’t be able to thank you enough!
Building Capacity to buy our own building!
Through the end of the year we are raising funds to help us buy our own building! We will need about $850,000 to get into the building of our dreams. We currently have over $250,000 available for this purpose. We will need lots of small (and large) donations to get us there!
Buying our own building means more than just expanding our shops. It opens up opportunities for member studios, new kinds of shops, exciting partnerships with other makers, and anything else that you can dream of!

Donate Through Your Employer
Many companies allow their employees to donate to nonprofit organizations through a corporate giving program of some sort. Often they will donate cash for the hours you’re already volunteering! Ask your employer if they have a such a program — other companies will match their employees’ donations, effectively doubling the amount of your donation.
