Vibrations! Of Choice!

On the 16th November a friend and I travelled to join a Gong Bath session in a Village Hall. We all had brought with us our sleeping bags, mattresses and pillows, for this was going to be a four hour session. Entitled The Stillness Within..
As our Gong bath host Julia drummed us down into our relaxed state, we were soon immersed in the deep vibrational frequencies of the powerful Gongs..
Julia and her husband were playing the gongs from each end of the line of gongs across the room, and as I laid on the wooden floor in my sleeping bag, it felt as if the whole room was vibrating..

I have now been to several of Julia’s Gong Baths, some at her private home. Each time I come away feeling cleansed and rejuvenated..
Often times during these sessions I will get visualisations.. However this time, I went with a purpose to help bring in positive energy as we closed out the era of negativity, welcoming in the positive. So, I didn’t drift into any personal visualisations as I have done in the past.

There are really no words as to how I can describe the vibrations which ripple through your body.. I used the first half hour, in sending out my intentions to all of the people I know personally who are in need of healing at this time… And then my intentions were to amplify the positive era firmly back in place.

At one point around half way through? I say half way through, but, I really had no idea how long, as I had no time piece to measure, as the session started at 5pm and the lights were turned down to just ambient soft pastel light in the corners of the room. It felt as if lots of work in my solar plexus / emotional centre was taking place. As butterflies could be felt, and then it felt as if my body was vibrating down through my root chakra out through my feet.. I had a huge sense of relief, as if a burden, a weight, had lifted, as personal debris of worry were being removed…
And I knew just like I knew around a week or so earlier, instinctively, that we had made a positive leap in our timeline of experience. I had felt then another big clearing out of negative energy had been completed in the collective, that all was on their right path, as we each would then begin our own individual journey of discovery, as more and more information on a personal level, we would then begin to process, as the New frequencies were downloaded. Not just through our external world, but via our inner intuitive consciousness.

Some of these Gongs are 2 feet wide and more.

Remember, in an instant we can change our perception of how we view the world as we alter our feelings surrounding any situations…

For a long while on a Sunday Evening I have taken part in a meditation of just sending and feeling love out into the world… And if there are places which have attracted my attention during the week or people in need, my prayers have gone out to include them,

This week Pam Gregory has once again highlighted that group meditation, you just need to sit in your own time zone for a few minutes as you too can join in…
Having read the book that Pam speaks of by Lynne McTaggart The Intentions Experiment several years ago. The Power of our collective intentions really do work.

Thoughts and the power of prayer really do make a difference. So we really do need to be mindful as this fear mongering of war drums once again beat their negative drums… We may feel we can do nothing to change our world… And yet by our very thoughts and intentions we can influence it into a more positive and peaceful progressive Future.

We may witness a lot of negativity being projected out into the world right now. This is a program set to keep us in Fear and held in control, and it is how we each of us react, that feeds that vibrations for good or bad…

Changes in the world have to come from within our own intentions. What we feed in the form of our vibrations and frequencies , via our emotions, that we tap into, is what permeates into the Field of consciousness, of the vibration surrounding us..

Most of us at the heart of our Human awareness, is holding LOVE at our core, and that core is your truth, your light, and your integrity in your love and compassion that you hold for others. And more and more are standing in their Light of Love and Truth, by being their authentic selves. The choice of our future has always been one of two things… Fear or Love..

So please be aware of your narratives right now, look towards what vibrations are you feeding. We instinctively know within ourselves which energy we are giving out.
I will be trying to keep hold of my quiet, calm space, I know I am not always successful, for things at times crop up, which will often trigger us to react, as to how we feel about certain situations. But I honour those feelings, let them go, as I refocus upon the stillness within.

Remember, that it is you dear Soul family, who are the ones we have been waiting for, it is up to each of us to remember our Inner Sacred Power.. LOVE! …. As we each Hold PEACE in our Hearts..

Taking Part in the HUM-for Humanity-Eclipse- April 8th 2024.

As many know who regularly read here, I often feel the need to take blog breaks. In my last post, when I said I would take a short break, little did I think a Month would fly by in a blink of an eye. But here we are one month later as I step back from my inner-world to re-join the outer-world once again.

I have always followed my inner guidance, and intuition, and I strongly felt the need to just be within my own silence as I created while delving deeper within my own self.

As my Blogging name suggests… I am a dreamer, and my dream time has been exceptionally active. I cannot even begin to describe the various vivid places which often seem off world and yet seem familiar as I have travelled helping heal, and what I feel has been rescuing children, as I pull them from desolate precarious places to higher ground of safety. To many this may sound fanciful, to me it seems quite natural. And some days I have felt the need to sleep in the middle of the day when my eyes grow heavy, I do not fight it, I just go with the flow, knowing that somewhere in Dreamtime I am needed.

During my break, I had another session with a Gong Bath.. this too was very deep and profound. And for a short time during the session, I was transported to Ireland, where I feel the pure magic of that Emerald Isle will once again return to heal once and for all, those rifts which were intentionally set to divide and conquer the magic of the those people and places.

Sound and frequencies as many of you know are what keeps us resonating within our own vibrational resonance. So it was not by chance that this project of Humming for Humanity as the eclipse takes place came into my orbit. The below video is only just over 2 minutes long.

I feel a strong urge to share with you all the need on the day of Eclipse and days after, to keep your vibration high. As there are those who are putting in place Darker agendas to cause fear, to try to bring chaos and fear into the fore to try and stop the raising of frequency and the great awakening process. As we now reawaken to our true potential and the illusions put in place within this material matrix to which we have all be subjected to fear and control mechanisms..

A very simple way in which we can all help raise the Earth’s frequency as well as our own, is to Hum, for the duration of progression of the eclipse, which lasts just over 4 minutes from start to finish.… As we meditate within, as we open our hearts to send love into Mother Earth, Gaia, as we envision a more harmonious peaceful unified world.

Gong Bath Sound Frequency Experience.

I have long known the benefits of Sound Healing, and have witnessed many wonderful testimonials as well as experiencing some of my own profound energy shifts and inner healing through sound.. Be it through my own Drumming, as I beat my drum, or playing our favourite pieces of music, which move through us.

But for me, the one that Tops the charts in its frequency is the Gongs.

So this post is about my experience I had with a recent Gong Bath… For those who do not know what a Gong Bath is… I will leave this Link HERE. ( There is a lovely sound healing on the home page top right to listen to ) This is the lady who gave us the Gong Bath, her name is Julia, and her website and all about her and her healing sessions can be found at the above link here in England.

There were only four of us in this healing session, we were made welcome and cosy in Julia’s special Gong room which is an extension of her home which is a converted church. So, the acoustics were phenomenal. Julia also explained that the building, being a former church, was also positioned over known ley lines. So, the energy there is really special.

We laid down under cosy blankets as we were led through a short meditation as Julia got us to relax with the beats of her drums. However, I hardly heard anything of what Julia said, as I swiftly drifted off into my own vision of mediation.
Now I must express, I have always been very visual both in my dream-time, and within meditations.. It is something that is both a gift and at times can be a curse, for I can often see that which others describe like a living screen upon my inner vision.

The drums steady rhythm began and I was soon drawn to a camp fire, where Native American Indians were also playing their drums and dancing around their campfire. The face of one young brave swam before my eyes and I instantly recognised him as one of my old healing guides who would assist me many years ago when I was a Spiritual healer… I would feel a tingle upon my cheek, which was his signal he was there, for he had a long scar across his left cheek which was a wound he had since a child, and that is where I would feel the tingle. His image was strong, and the tingle across my cheek stayed with me almost throughout the whole hour of the Gong bath session. Which seemed like NO time at all..

Next, I saw what was a Black Panther its Eyes were the softest and most beautiful eyes I have seen on a cat… It posed no threat and felt very wise.
As the Gongs got louder and their vibration resonated throughout the room. I firstly heard thunderous hooves galloping all in the same direction, I then saw a heard of wild horses..

They were followed by all the animals you could imagine all of them running together in the same direction… Friend and Foe… All in unison… No fear, No fighting. It felt as if the Animal Kingdom were One and heading all in the same direction…

Julia changed instruments, she began playing her gongs. She has a beautiful collection of Huge Gong instruments, and their deep vibrational tones making your spine tingle as they work upon our vibration.. So as those deep hums of the Gong began.. I then saw a campfire in Africa… Where the Indigenous tribes of that nation were joined in singing and chanting…

As the gongs progressed in intensity, I saw in my minds eye three Elephants, each walking out of the jungle, swinging their trunks side to side and the Middle Elephant I felt was the matriarch, she lifted her trunk high as the Gongs got even Louder in salute, as she lifted her trunk, to trumpet her own loud call, it felt as if she was giving a signal..

Towards the very end of the session Julia played an instrument that later upon opening my eyes she held was a harp type instrument but it was oblong and played flat… The strings made a beautiful tinkling sound and while this was playing I felt rather than saw, that the Elemental Kingdom were all peeking out from the woods, adding their own energy to that of the animal kingdom..

In conclusion and after sitting the next day to process my mediation… I felt that our animal Kingdom is way ahead of us…. As they came together, uniting and each heading in the same direction.. No longer going in different directions, no longer fighting, each showing LOVE, strength and compassion overseen by my healing guide who was with me throughout.. It felt like Mother Nature was giving us a message.. To Unite.. and let go of fear of one another, work together in unison, and stop pulling in different directions, We are all of us on the same path.. All of us here on Earth… I felt Mother Nature was showing us no matter what our differences we can all of us work together to bring Harmony.
