Success Square learning agreement & usage policy

1. Acceptance of terms

By enrolling or continuing to use Success Square’s digital platforms, classrooms, or services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and all policies referenced herein.

2. Programme enrolment & fees

• Course, batch, and subscription fees must be paid as per payment schedules shared during counselling.
• Fee once paid is non-transferable. Refunds (if any) are governed by the specific batch policy or legal guarantee agreement.
• Installment defaults may result in restricted access to classes, mock tests, or mentorship support.
• Scholarships or discounts are applied at institute discretion and cannot be combined unless specified.

3. Student responsibilities

• Maintain decorum in classrooms (offline or online), discussion forums, and support channels.
• Attend scheduled classes, attempt assessments, and submit assignments on time.
• Refrain from sharing login credentials, course materials, or recording content without permission.
• Keep contact details updated to receive critical programme communication.

4. Intellectual property

All study material, question banks, videos, LMS content, branding, and digital assets are the intellectual property of Success Square. Any unauthorised distribution, sale, or duplication is strictly prohibited and may invite legal action.

5. Attendance & evaluation

• Batch continuation, mentorship, and guarantee eligibility depend on meeting attendance and test attempt criteria.
• Mock test scores, analytics, and faculty feedback are shared to support your preparation journey and may be used anonymously for academic benchmarking.

6. Legal guarantee batches

Guarantee programmes operate under separate notarised agreements outlining institute deliverables and student obligations. Breach of any clause may void the guarantee. Refer to the guarantee document for detailed terms.

7. Suspension & termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access without refund in cases of misconduct, academic plagiarism, or violation of code of conduct. Prior notice will be issued wherever feasible.

8. Limitation of liability

Success Square, its directors, mentors, or staff shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost opportunities, or exam results. Our commitment is to provide structured teaching, resources, and mentorship.

9. Force majeure

Classes, tests, or services may be rescheduled or modified due to circumstances beyond control (pandemics, government orders, natural calamities). Alternate arrangements (online/offline) will be provided to the extent possible.

10. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
