About Us
Supporting you in delivering remarkable Career Education at school
Study Work Grow schools have everything they need for students to thrive – when are you joining our community?
In an ideal world, students should be just as confident in their future as they are in academics
With technology, automation, and AI causing significant disruption to the way we work, it’s more important than ever for students to have academic skills and career management skills.
Study Work Grow can help you empower your students to –
- Know who they are and the opportunities around them
- Understand their career identity and how they might fit into the world of work
- Be ready to leave school feeling prepared with a plan
We help schools prepare their students for what comes next
Our comprehensive range of best-practice resources makes it easy for any school to deliver Career Education.
High/Secondary/Senior Colleges
From huge CBD secondary schools to remote to online schools, we support career counsellors with 40 to 4,000+ students
Primary Schools – it’s too late to start career education in Year 10, so we’ve got easy-to-use teaching resources you can start using as early as Foundation/Kindergarten/Prep
University/Colleges/TAFE – our programs like the Cadi Career Clusters are used in further education to help clarify career goals and course choices
A Social Enterprise with education in mind
At Study Work Grow, we do things differently:
- We’re education-funded – so we only answer to our schools, making you our greatest champions and biggest supporters
- We reinvest the majority of our profits back into product development (which is why you’ll have an incredible range of materials to use)
- But most importantly, everything we do is designed or reviewed by a qualified Senior Career Practitioner to ensure it’s both engaging and appropriate in school settings. Because you and your students are what matters most.
All your time and efforts in providing career education resources makes a significance difference in my ability to support students in their journey. Thank you sincerely.

Changing young lives since 2006
The first students to benefit from Study Work Grow will now be in their mid 30’s (and likely have their own kids too).
Since our small beginnings when our founder was a school careers advisor in the Blue Mountains, NSW, our little Australian-grown company has supported millions of students across Australia and almost 50 countries around the world.
Here’s why schools choose us:
Family owned
We don’t have investors or investment – so the only people we need to focus on is you and your school community
Schools love us
Some of our member schools (like Christmas Island District High) have been with us for over 15 years – you’ll soon see why too
Here for you
We put students and educators first, with the JEDI values of Justice, Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion at the heart of our work
All of this means you can use Study Work Grow at your school and know you’re doing a good thing for your students.
Who is behind Study Work Grow?
If you’re passionate about young people’s futures, then we’re here to support you in delivering first-rate career education to them.
Founded by a school Careers Advisor in 2006, and run by a qualified Career Practitioner today, we’re one of Australia’s most popular providers of resources for advisors, educators, parents and students. A social enterprise that cares about students rather than shareholders, we’re looking forward to working with you.
(Yes, our headshots might make us look ‘corporate’ but don’t worry, we look after you like a small business would. Because we are one.)
Lucy
Career Practitioner & Founder, Lucy is the driving force behind our programs and methodology.
With a Masters in Education and currently studying a PhD in Career Education, she’s always innovating so you can do your best work.
Rob
Head of Sales & Marketing, Rob’s work is all about ensuring school careers advisors find out about us (and have a wonderful experience getting their questions answered).
Sofie
Head of Research & Design, Sofie’s the one behind our weekly content and many of our student guides – helping you to keep everyone at school informed about their options.
Liz
Head of Schools, Liz makes sure everything runs smoothy for our new and existing member schools. Her work makes for happy careers advisors.
Helping guide the future of Career Education
Our goal is to bring Career Education into the modern era with research-backed programs and methodologies (so you can do your best work).
It’s part of the reason why the Ponder Program has been CDAA Commended, and is featured on the OECD ‘ODiCY’ list of recommended programs for youth career guidance.
It’s also why our unique CADI Career Clusters model is used in almost 50 countries to help guide young people in establishing their career identity.
You can be part of the future too, simply by joining the Study Work Grow school community.
