Our Services
Products are for personal, non-commercial use only. All rights are transferred from freelance writers to the company. Products are non-refundable unless specified in our Refund Policy.
Shipping & Delivery
All products are digital. Old solutions are provided instantly; custom assignments are delivered per the mutually agreed deadline.
Cancellation Policy
You have 15 minutes for a full refund. After 1 hour, a cancellation fee is charged as we immediately assign experts to your task. Solution archive purchases are non-refundable.
Revision Policy
We offer unlimited free revisions provided they do not conflict with initial instructions. Requests are evaluated by our Quality Assurance Department (QAD).
Refund Policy
