As soon as Chris heard about Lagree Fitness™, she was intrigued. As soon as Chris tried Lagree Fitness™, she was hooked. “The Lagree Fitness™ Method does it all and does it better than any other workout”, says Chris. “I enjoyed pilates and barre classes, but after those classes I always felt like I was just warming up and should go on a run or head to the gym for more. After my first Lagree™ workout, I was sore for 3 days and could not wait to get back on the Megaformer™!”
Chris discovered that Lagree Fitness TM was also a fast track for results. “Lagree TM works muscles I never even knew I had in the ‘trouble areas’ I’ve always tried so hard to reach and tone. As a mother of 3, I love that I can get in and get out of a class in less than an hour, tighten things up, and get on with my day.”
Chris Field is a certified Lagree Fitness TM instructor and enjoys teaching classes as well as taking classes from the other amazing Studio Physique TM trainers. “I am extremely excited to introduce this incredible workout to my friends and neighbors in St. Pete!”

Sabrina
Trainer
Sabrina is a proud St. Pete Beach native who joined Studio Physique in 2015 and quickly fell in love with Lagree Fitness. Inspired by the transformation she experienced, she became a certified trainer to help others discover their strength. “Lagree is truly for every body,” Sabrina says. “No matter your fitness level or experience, every move can be modified or intensified.” Known for her signature sass, high energy, and love for 2000s music, Sabrina keeps classes upbeat and empowering. Her favorite phrases? “Sorry not sorry” and “Yes, you can.” A lifelong performer and athlete, Sabrina began dancing competitively at age 4 and has trained in ballet, jazz, tap, contemporary, gymnastics, and more. Her career took her to Broadway, cruise stages, and even a performance with Mikhail Baryshnikov. “Lagree is the first workout since ballet that challenges me the same way,” she says, crediting it with helping her manage chronic back pain. Sabrina lives in Bradenton with her husband and two stepdaughters—but not even the Skyway Bridge can keep her from SP. Outside the studio, she’s Vice President of Catalyst Communications Group and a former Emmy and Edward R. Murrow Award-winning TV producer. When she’s not working or teaching, you’ll likely find her by the water, soaking up the Florida sunshine.
Pam
Trainer
Pam grew up in Cross Keys, New Jersey, hating cold weather, loving her favorite times of the year: spring and summer. When Pam was 19, she packed up and moved to Florida where she could experience summer year round. “I love being outside so that’s where exercise for me had to be: running, tennis, paddle boarding, kayaking or biking - not inside a stuffy, confined gym.” Pam was introduced to Studio Physique and Lagree Fitness in the fall of 2015. “I’ll be honest, after my first class I thought the workout was confusing, moved way too slow and just didn’t have enough physical action for me.” Pam’s good friend, a Founding SP Member, told her it takes a few classes to get the feel of the Megaformer and the Lagree Fitness Method. She was right! Pam’s taken hundreds of classes and loves the workout so much she became a trainer in early 2018. “Lagree has definitely helped all of my sporting activities, but I definitely see a big difference in my tennis game. I have better balance on the court, I hit the ball harder, I can run down just about any shot and the longer we play the more energy I have! I also find I have a little bit more patience - which has never been my strong point. It’s funny, I’m in my 60s and I feel stronger and leaner, stand taller and feel more balanced then when I was in my 20s and 30s. I think I’m in better shape now than I ever was, and I believe Lagree has helped me get there. As a trainer, it’s rewarding to introduce one of my favorite workouts to friends and new members. This is something that helps them in their everyday life. It’s not a job to me. It’s fun!” Pam graduated from the University of South Florida with a BA in Accounting. Pam has her CPA license and owns the accounting consulting firm “Just the Basics”

Kristen fell in love with fitness and wellness about ten years ago. Starting out with weight lifting and bodybuilding, she found Lagree Fitness in 2020 and knew it was something she would forever keep in her routine. As a competitive bodybuilder, she saw how Lagree could integrate into her regimen to challenge her body in a way no other form of exercise does. From day one Kristen says, “I was hooked and I couldn’t wait to share Lagree with everyone!”. She dragged her husband, friends, and family to classes to share her passion. “My favorite thing about Lagree is the challenge! Every class is different and difficult in the best way. It is me against me, pushing to drive a little deeper, engage a little further, and take that movement a little slower.” Kristen loves sharing her passion for Lagree Fitness now at Studio Physique, taking and teaching classes. As a new mom, Kristen is well-versed on pre and post natal modifications. She took SP classes throughout her pregnancy and even went through the intense trainer certification during her 2nd trimester. She was back on the Mega shortly after her son was born. Kristen enjoys The Studio community as much as the method. “I love spending time at Studio Physique, taking and teaching classes, meeting new friends and assisting them on their fitness journey.”
