Mostly I am inactive. But once a situation or anything challenges me and that i take seriously. I feel like I have got all the energy until its done.

How do you celebrate holidays?
Sometimes I explore a new place,
sometimes I just spend some time with friends
And sometimes I just stay home , chill, relax untill I get bored of it. And then i experiment a lot of things ,,

Share a lesson you wish you had learned earlier in life.
Sometimes we loose patience and feel its too hard to wait any longer,, and then it might be possible that you are about to make it and then you gave up,,,
Later on it fills us with lot of regrets for taking this decision and not continuing,, sometimes it takes a little longer than expected and also it follows a different pathway than what we assume.
So I have learnt, always have patience now if don’t want to regret later on. Because some opportunities are once in a lifetime only.
How often do you walk or run?
Running! A tough nut to crack for me in early teen life,
A interesting story I wanna share ,,
Earlier I was told by practitioner that i don’t have enough curve in my feet , its kind of flat so i should not make it too much in running,ย but i tried all the possible ways to get that curve somewhat deeper,, and then i didn’t listen to anyone and continuing running everyday,,
And I took it as a challenge to overcome,, i ran almost everyday for 17 years thereafter,,
And being into calisthenics mostly,, it was a warm up for me but many times I took it too far , and brought a toll on my knees,,, one day I was running for 14 Km and suddenly I felt pain in my left knee but I didn’t stop and continuing striding to complete it,,, later on scans showed that cushioning in knees has been reduced, and I should switch to walk,,
Then I decided to run twice in a week and do my other calisthenics routine other days,,
So now I run not so often but whenever I run I do warm up properly, use knee bands and good shoes,, and walk other days,,
I think i should continue running often as it make me look better after I cross finish line and lie on the ground. Using good shoes and some knee bands really helps,
Fitness is a lonely journey one must endure,, and running should be a part of it,, its best cardio and yeah, whenever we feel discomfort, just improvise and continue by adjusting its frequency , BUT DON’T QUIT,,,

While the destination is still unaware

An act of kindness leads to helping out someone in dire need
Meeting of people with loved ones after separation for longer period due uncontrollable events
When someone’s hardwork pays in desired outcome, especially when someone living with many hardships, making so many sacrifices
In a nutshell, any event which touches deeper to my emotions, it doesn’t matter to whom they are concerned to,,,,
