Ludwig paced the room, glancing at his journal every now and then.  He had to fix this, but he couldn't just storm up to the castle at this hour.  Well, maybe he could.  No.  Better to Floo directly to Gilbert.  And he shouldn't come empty-handed, either...

He grabbed a six pack and threw Floo powder into his fire.  "Professor Beilschmidt's office," he said, and held onto his beer.

WHO: Iroh, and whoever else volunteered for the office rebuild/redecorating

[Iroh is standing outside of his office, in front of a medium-sized table which has a pot of steaming hot tea, as well as a large plate filled high with cookies courtesy of the house elves. The door to his office is ajar, giving a view of the ruined, charred mess within. The remains of a few of the larger pieces of furniture can be seen, though there is hardly anything left of them, and the faint smell of smoke is slowly drifting through the open door.

For those perceptive enough, they will notice that Iroh isn't entirely like himself. The usually cheerful and genuine man appears slightly drained, slightly more tired than normal. He's trying to hide it, by looking delightfully anxious for the arrival of his team, but the mask isn't as thick as he would like to believe it is.
He's fiddling with the teapot, keeping busy, humming an offtune hum, and though no one might notice, he's avoiding looking toward his office. Not until he has to.]

WHO: Axel, Roxas and Xion

[The first time it happened, Xion was a little surprised. After all, it's a giant key. Although it sort of felt like a sword when she swung it around.

It was fun. Not quite as light as a rapier, but the key was evidently rather attached to her as it flew back into her hands whenever she put it down. No one would notice if she slipped away for a bit and practiced swinging it around for a bit, right? She was practically invisible after all.

WHAT: Well, here, Touya kind of went a little angsty and basically wussed out of making a living will. And telling Jin he loves him. This caused Jin, who up until now had been totally oblivious to post this entry, where they agreed that they needed to talk in private and decided to meet in the prefect's bathroom for maximum privacy. This is their story.
STATUS: COMPLETE!



Touya came to the fifth-floor corridor as soon as he could after his duties as Head Boy were done for the evening. It was a little while before curfew, but curfew didn't really matter too much because they were both seventh-years anyway, and Touya was Head Boy so he could always just say that he caught Jin out after curfew. If they were caught.

But most importantly, he needed to talk to Jin. He didn't yet know what he was going to say, all that he knew was that he needed to talk to Jin. Jin needed to talk to him, as well. And because neither of them could get into the other's dormitory, Touya had to sneak Jin into the prefect's bathroom so that they could meet in privacy after-hours. He was breaking the rules on his first day as Head Boy - but at the moment, he didn't give a damn.

Everyone was stuffed after the feast, people still riding off the excitement of seeing everyone for the first time in months. Cassie had spoken to Lauren earlier, and they decided to gather a few friends up after the feast, but before curfew to have an impromptu party. No drinking, no drugs, just some friends having good times. Cassie left the meal early to find a decent classroom, she moved the tables and set up some chairs. She set up some music in the corner of the room, and waited for everyone else to arrive.

ooc/edit: one thing that has to happen is that someone needs to dare someone to play with Crane's spider. And then it will get loose. We still don't know who's doing it, but we need to talk about it before someone assumes.
