This past year was a little rough for some of us, myself included, so here's to hoping 2012 is better for everyone.

Mine has already started off on a positive note thanks to Dreamwidth's sponsor-a-free-user program, hence the new icon! Yuuhiya does the best Asch expressions. ♥ She also has a new book coming out! \o/ I couldn't find anything about it in the FAQ, so I don't know if the sender will see this, but thank you!

Enough money from selling on eBay so I can get Dave a present and pick up Skyward Sword. High hopes. I has them.

Doing better now (for the most part). Still obstinately avoiding checking my email and thus seeing tags that I have no drive to tackle. I like my new psych...ologist? idk, I can't keep them straight. But she's already infinitely better than the therapist I saw a couple times in town. (The best advice that one gave was to acknowledge that part of me is still emotionally fifteen and try to balance that with the me that's twenty-six.)

But this new lady, who I call Dr. Liz since her last name is so off the wall, recommended looking into having a vocational skills assessment done, and possibly enrolling at a nearby rehabilitation center that focuses on emotional and physical disabilities. With a possibility of living on campus. Scary. .__.

Still haven't dared to try Luvox yet. I'm a coward and I'm not ashamed nor afraid to admit it.

On to more mundane things. After waking up in a mostly-deflated bed, I finally caved and bought myself a mattress. This one, to be exact. Within a week, I hope to be snoozing on something more solid than a glorified balloon. Watch me hit my head on the ceiling every night after. And with luck it'll help my back so my damn leg will stop hurting.

Had a dream about dolls. Large, expensive suntan ones. Sob. The 56-58" size range isn't even my thing. Whyyyyyy...

Froze my Plurk and delete the link to it because I'm a misanthrope and really, what's the point. It's pretty much the same over there as it is here. People talk to me on occasion, but never like they do with others. Visiting there just makes me more aware of how fucking isolated I am and how hopeless things are.

We're out of water again, I never have any other human contact other than dad unless it's an appointment day (aka once a week), and I see no way for things to ever get better.

Bluh bluh bluh I have suicidal ideation and am fucked up beyond all repair, who gives a shit.

Ear infections are the worst, let me tell you. They don't just hurt-- they hurt. X(

Yay! I fixed my website with only a little effort! \:'D/ My text program changed coding on me and fudged it all up until I switched it back to SHIFT_JIS.

That makes up for last night's dreams involving panic/heart attacks, rats, teeth falling out, and drowning.

And so the Sigmund/Capell ship has sunk, with good reason. xD

All in all it was a decent game. My opinion is that it was just... over-ambitious. IU introduced so many game mechanics, it's no wonder it had problems keeping them all relevant. Without any insight into the development, I can't say the game was rushed, but I feel it would've benefited from being longer even if it took four discs. More time to flesh out the characters and show their traits instead of telling us, plus making the mine a real dungeon. It looked cool. :( The voice acting was worthy of snickering on occasion, though the choice of cast seemed to fit well. Vic's was the only one that grated on my nerves with the buddy-buddy talk, fff. The ending was satisfactory, though I can't help but wonder and wish for some form of follow-up to know if everyone gets a happy end. :x

...for some reason my Abyss merchandise guide imploded and now all the lists look like this. I'm at a loss on what to do about it. Is a decent website service that much to ask for?

Don't feel too swift right now, which could be due to my whacked up sleeping schedule. Not sleeping for a day/day and a half, then from noon to ten is kinda abnormal even for me. Cursing the holiday for delaying mail; I want to know what's up with my blood. X|
