Star Wars Chapter 41
So just a short chapter to finish up on how the battle of Crait went. Next I think it would be best to have a bonus pic of the Vulptex on the cruiser before moving onto the next series of battles.

Star Wars Chapter 41: Exploring
While Nicholas and Huraz-Alaz waited for the Jedi Council members to arrive, they sat down. The Vulptex Shadow and Diana went by the human male and Diamond and Gen went to the female Nelvaanian. Nicholas smiled as he saw Dianna hop into his lap and settle in while her mate snuggled by his feet. The other two were content to settle righty by Huraz-Alaz’s side. “These four really deserve the credit,” the human said.
“I know,” the female replied, her eyes closed and with a smile, petting Gen.
Soon the Republic ships arrived and out stepped Yoda, Plo Koon, and Kit Fisto. The Jedi Knights rose up and went over to them with the four Vulptex following behind. “Masters,” Nicholas stated and he and Huraz-Alaz bowed before them.
“Greetings,” Plo Koon said. “Excellent work on your first campaign.”
“And seems you’ve picked up more than just that, you have,” Yoda commented with an amused grin seeing the Vulptex.
“Yes…” the female Nelvaanian answered.
“To make a long story short Masters, four of these ones have seem to become attached to me and her,” Nicholas said. “Two for each, and it’s thanks to them that the battle was really won.” He went on to explain how the Vulptex had managed to find the way around the enemy. “They’re intelligent. But something makes me and Huraz-Alaz think these four are meant to be with us. Like it’s the will of the Force.”
“It has worked in ways we don’t fully understand,” Kit Fisto commented. “Maybe this is another of those times. Even so… how will you two care for them?”
“We’ve done some test already mainly for the archives. However, it seems this planet isn’t there which is why I called for an exploration team to help explore this planet and get the feel of it.”
The three Jedi Masters looked at each other. “Debate with the rest, we must,” Yoda said.
The rest of the council were soon brought up by hologram and everything was told to the remaining ones. They talked while the two Jedi Knights hung back. Huraz-Alaz had her Vulptex by her side, a worried look on her face. She didn’t want to leave them behind. Nicholas was feeling a little bit that way to. They were then called over. “After discussion, we’ve decided that exploration is the best course of action for you,” Windu told them. “You may also keep the four who clearly have bonded with you. This is beyond that of taming.”
The Nelvaanian was so happy, she broke into a wide smile and had to invoke a lot of self-control to not jump for joy. “Thank you very much Masters,” Nicholas stated. “They will serve us well. I promise that.”
Yoda chuckled. “Perhaps follow you, they would if leave. Hm?” He chuckled again.
Nicholas, Huraz-Alaz, some of the clones, and the Vulptex were then sent out to explore the planet. They found the place was rich in minerals and orbited one star. A thick crust of white-colored salt covered nearly the entire planet surface, with a red-colored mineral called rhodocrosite that made a base beneath this. Dominated by large salt flats, the planet also featured mountains, canyons, and deeply sunken waterways. While these were explored, it was guess that these were home to aquatic creatures. All of this was recorded for the archives and the Vulptex were given their species names. When this was finished, it was back to the Jedi Temple for these Jedi and their cute new campaigns and to enter the info in the archives. The four were able to be found spots on the cruiser that Nicholas and Huraz-Alaz operated from when traveling. The time on Crait had finally come to an end.
