I am not sure what happened to the copyrights and patterns after the fire, but it would not surprise me of they were sold off after all the lawsuits to cover payments and probably bankruptcy. So you may well have the same design.

yeah now looking at it the base of our is differant i guess this was patened and to avoid getting sued they chaned the base but the top is the same
