Cloudy Practice
Some practice of drawing clouds on a cloudy day... Did an assortment of some cloud formations, starting with cumulus (middle), lenticular (top), then cirrus (bottom).
Decent progress on grasping the techniques required. My fundamentals were there all along, just waiting to be sharpened. Hence the quick progress once attempted. More added to muscle memory. Looking at getting a pen eraser for better application of eraser tecniques.
Took some sneak peeks online to check if this was the rough concept, and yep, right on track. The pieces here are crude, but the important takeaway was the technique. Not trying to rush the progress despite the excitement for a new picture series, gonna take it slow and steady.
