Jewel Vixens and Alpha Canines Story 2: Part 2
The next part and just like with any of the regular lieutenant the special ones will have their own chapter. Sorry this fight was a bit short, but next time it will be longer. Also I tried to find an actual image of a train from Africa during 1973. I really couldn't find anything so I had to make it up. New music is on here so enjoy.

Jewel Vixens and Alpha Canines in Journey to The Desert, Part 2: Fighting a Tiger
The meerkat managed to make it out of the car and to a ladder that would take him up to the roof of the engine. He kept looking back to see if he was being followed. Nicholas, Topaz, Emerald, and James made it out and looked around to see where the enemy had gone. Suddenly they heard a shot and looked to see the meerkat fall off the engine’s roof and onto the ground below. Nicholas looked up. “Nicholas?” asked Topaz, not sure what to make of this. The said guy looked back at his teammates and with a jerk up with his head stated they were going that way.
With a little help from the other two they threw the vulpine up who landed on the roof. He straightened up and could see a male tiger sitting with a cigar. He was wearing a black military style coat with short sleeves with a tan undershirt. On his back was a katina with a square shaped guard. His pants were the same color as his coat and had two guns attached to them. His left arm had a patch that had five triangles on it that were curved, each a different color. The other three made it up to where Nicholas was. The tiger took a puff on his cigar before opening his eyes and looking at them with an evil grin. The enemy stood up as the four spies made their way across from the feline.

“Okay, pal, who are you?” asked Nicholas. “Wait… that uniform he’s wearing…”
“It looks similar to the ones we’ve seen,” stated James.
“Hey mister… you wouldn’t happen to be named Genz, right?” asked the vulpine.
“Heh heh heh,” answered the feline. “And what if I am, kiddo?”
“Guys, you like don’t think…” said Topaz. “Is this him…?”
“Yeah Topaz,” stated Nicholas. “Looks like this tiger’s the head honcho. So what’s your reason for deceiving your subordinates and leading them to Cairo?”
“Real smart punk, aren’tcha?” asked Genz. “But you ain’t gotta know nutting’ else, coz you guys are gonna die right here! And yes, I AM Genz Bresslau, special lieutenant for V.I.L.E. and S.P.E.C.T.R.U.M.E. and part of a group thats known as the Deadly Five! And the strongest out of them all!”
“Eep…” stated Topaz. “But I’ve, like, never heard of you…”
“It’s probably cause they’ve just been formed,” said Emerald. “This is interesting. I wonder who the other four are though? I bet they work for those organizations.”
“And just WHO says you’re the strongest in those organizations, anyway?” asked Nicholas. “Your mom doesn’t count, you know.”
“I’ve taken care of my incompetent subordinate,” commented Genz. “Now you guys are my only problems left… Nothin’ personal, mind you. You got in our way, and you got no one to blame but yourselves.”
“I figured it’d come to this,” the vulpine answered. “It’s a dirty job, but…”
“…sometimes spies have to to get the job finished,” Emerald concluded.
“Wait… you guys can’t be…? Yer not the Jewel Vixens, Alpha Canines, and especially Nicholas Dash Russo, are you?”
“Wow, seems we’re even bigger celebrities!” said James.
“What’s it to you?” asked Nicholas. “Do you want me to sign your forehead or something?”
“Woo-hoo-hoo!” Genz cried. “How I’ve longed to meet YOU, Nicholas Russo! Especially after I heard you beat Mean Green and Mugshot in Utah and heard you wielded a sword! I’d better fight you before the other four who wear the same patch learn of you! Well then… It’s either you or me. The katana you wield, or the one I have. Lets settle here and now who should be considered a sword master! Come and get some, weakling!”
Nicholas heard that and his eyes flashed with anger. “Uh-oh…” Topaz whispered.
“Who… who… WHO ARE YOU CALLING SOMEONE SO WEAK HE CAN’T PICK UP A PEN TO WRITE STUFF DOWN, YOU ASS HOLE?!” the vulpine yelled.

“You’re going down!” shouted Genz and charged forward, his sword already out. It was a long sword rather than the short one Nicholas and Jade had. He was faster than he looked. Emerald tried to defend herself but got knocked out easily.
“Emerald!” James cried. He put his arms up at the ready with his gun. The enemy simply punched the German Shepard down. The tiger was also quite skilled in hand to hand combat. Leaving only Nicholas and Topaz to fight.
“I’ve got this!” stated the vixen and ran forward to fire her gun. Genz just knocked her down as well. Before he could deliver a blow with his sword, Nicholas ran forward and met it with his own.
“Leave her along and fight me!” he snarled. The male fox began to attack while his opponent defended against the attacks. It was obvious the tiger was good. But not that good. Although showing he could wield a sword and surprising the vulpine at points, it was nothing Nicholas could come back from.
Topaz looked up at him with weary eyes, but stayed down to avoid the fighting. The vulpine managed to kick at the tiger and caused the opponent to flinch. Genz growled and tried to punch the fox, but the vulpine was too quick and dogged the blow. His sword flashed and wounded the tiger on his sword arm. It wasn’t a big wound, but it caused the feline some pain. The fox used this opportunity to punch and kick at the tiger while also giving him more wounds with his katana.
“Damn it!” Genz growled and attacked harder and faster. He did land a couple of slight cuts on Nicholas who despite his speed, wasn’t fast enough. But in the end, the fox managed to kick the tiger back into submission. James and Topaz had recovered by this point and gotten Emerald awake. Luckily none of them had fallen off the engine.

The enemy went to one knee and grabbed his sword arm. “No way!” stated Genz. “I can’t loose!”
“Looks like you’re beginning to see that I’m way outta of your league!” Nicholas responded with a grin. The tiger growled at him.
“Strongest of the special lieutenants?” asked Emerald. “Seems like Mean Green and Mugshot were tougher.”
“Well this guy’s just had it easy all his life, you know; no real challenges!” the vulpine in the group stated.
“Like hell you say!” Genz spat.
“Oh? You want more?”
“Oh come on Nicholas!” said Topaz. “You know it’s like not cool picking on someone who can’t defend themselves.”
“Wha, what was that?!” asked the tiger. “YOU BRAAATTTTSSSS!!!” He then let some groans as the pain hit him for yelling like that. The feline looked up with a growl again. “You haven’t won yet! I’ll show you! I’ll get you for this!”
“Such classic bad guy lines,” commented James.
“Yeah, well you’d better remember cause I’ve got too much on my plate!” stated Nicholas.
“You sure do,” Emerald said and the vulpine turned to her with a growl.
“I’ll see you latter,” said Genz. “Snotting weakling!”
The male fox heard that and growled while the pissed off mark seemed to come out again. “Grrr… weakling…?” he snarled and grabbed the dynamite gun James had. “WHO ARE YOU CALLING A SNOT NOSED WEAKLING?!” With a shout the vulpine fired the gun at the tiger who jumped to the side and off the train. The vehicle was approaching a tunnel. Nicholas realizing what he’d done, let out a funny sound of surprise.
“Oh no…” groaned James as he knew what was going to happen.
“Nice going,” Emerald grumbled. The dynamite hit some section of the tunnel and the group heard the explosion and dust come out of the tunnel.
“My bad…” Nicholas mumbled.
The train went in and crashed. Luckily nobody got hurt too bad. But now the vehicle was unusable. After getting out, the vulpine and his group looked at the damage. “Whoa.. would you just look at that…?” Nicholas asked.
“Why did you have to take things one step too far?” James asked.
“So, uh… like what should we do now?” Topaz asked.
“You’re guess is as good as mine,” Nicholas responded. The four met up with the rest of their group. As it turned out they had managed to recover the luggage. They told what had happened to them.

“Hm, I see,” Sapphire said. “So another suspect was the mastermind behind the hijack.”
“It was a tiger,” Emerald commented. “Named Genz Bresslau. He wielded a katana and works for V.I.L.E. and S.P.E.C.T.R.U.M.E. as a special lieutenant for them. He said there were four others and they make up a group called The Deadly Five. I wonder if the others wear a patch like the one he had?”
“It sounded like he’d been rounding up military people to take to Cairo,” James continued. “Plus he’s quite skilled in combat. He’s deadly. Genz did away with his number two guy, then managed to turn tail and run away from us.”
“This will have to be reported to F.U.T.U.R.U.E. ASAP,” stated Mendoza. “But what to do in the mean time?”
“You mean this Nicholas-instigated incident?” asked Emerald.
“What?!” the vulpine whispered to her angrily. “Emerald! Shut the fuck up!”
“In any case it seems we’ve got no choice but to walk the rest of the way,” commented Kane. “Luckily the next stop along the line isn’t too far. We can make it before night fall.”

Everyone joined the rest of the passengers who had carts with them. Although everyone talked in a language none of the canines and vixens could speak, they could see everyone was shaken, but alright. At least a few spoke English which would help them.
They soon made it to the stop and luckily the place had room for them all. The sun was just beginning to set when the vixens and canines made it to the area they would sleep at. “Hey it could be worse,” commented Aquamarine. “We could be stuck outside.”
“Still it’s one night of being delayed,” stated Jade.
“No helping it,” said Paul.
“Well at least they’ve got the trains running here,” commented Stanley. “Imagine having to walk the rest of the way.”
“We should probably get to bed,” Nicholas replied. “We’ll need to get up early to catch the first train out of here.”
Everyone agreed and got ready for bed. But it wouldn’t be the last thing that would happen tonight. For some reason Topaz had a hard time getting to sleep. Realizing that it would be impossible, the vixen got up and made her way over to where Nicholas was who was still awake but bare chested. The room had to be shared by all the vixens, canines, and passengers from the train. The vulpine was wearing green sweats and white socks. The male looked up and was startled to see her in nothing but a magenta colored bra, light pink colored shorts and pink socks. Both stared at the other and blushed hard. They could make each other clearly even though it was night time.
“Topaz?” asked Nicholas in a whisper so as to not wake up everyone else because they were asleep. “What are you doing?”
“Sorry,” she whispered back. “It’s just… I’m like lonely…”
“You don’t have to be…” He held his arms out and the vixen came to the vulpine, snuggling up next to him. The female felt him kiss the top of her hair. Both settled in and were soon asleep.
