Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI and machine learning models tailored to specific industry use cases, such as medical transcription, smart scheduling, occupancy prediction, dynamic pricing, and real-time conversational interfaces.
- Build and optimise natural language processing (NLP) and generative AI modules to power chatbots, AI scribes, and conversational agents.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams — including software developers, data engineers, UI/UX designers, and project managers — to integrate AI modules seamlessly into web, mobile, and wearable applications.
- Research and evaluate the latest AI frameworks and tools to ensure Software Co remains at the forefront of AI innovation.
- Participate in solution architecture design and contribute to technical roadmaps, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability of AI-driven features.
Document AI workflows, data pipelines, model training processes, and provide technical guidance to junior team members as required.
