Slyder. is an app created to help you with online social interactions, especially those with people of the opposite sex. And how does this app attempt to do such a thing? By offering you a series of AI-generated chatbots with which you can practice having these kinds of conversations. An indicator in the conversation will show you how well you're doing.

Create an account and start chatting

You'll need a registered user profile to use Slyder.. The simplest way to create an account is to use Google or Facebook, but you can also enter your phone number if you want. In fact, before you can complete your profile, you will have to enter additional information, such as your name, date of birth, and phone number (although you don't have to verify it).

Conversations with bots

To be clear, the main feature of Slyder. is talking to chatbots that use AI to respond to you in a dynamic way. At the top of the conversation, there's an indicator that shows your progress with the person you're talking to. This indicator starts at "Strangers" and can end up at "Boyfriend/Girlfriend" depending on how well or poorly you do.

My thoughts on Slyder.

To be very honest, to me, Slyder. makes no sense at all. It's absurd to think that you can learn how to talk to a person, or even flirt, by practicing with a chatbot that is conditioned to like you. When I tried talking to one of the chatbots, it started calling me "honey" right away, and a moment later, we were already friends. People don't work like that.

The best and the worst of Slyder.

• What I liked most about Slyder. was the feature that allows you to upload a screenshot of a real conversation and get advice on how to continue it.

• What I like least about Slyder. is that it makes no sense to think that any of this might be helpful in real life. It can be fun, but nothing more.
